Student Assistance Resources

At Aiken Technical College, we understand that life’s challenges can sometimes impact a student’s ability to focus on their education. That is why we offer a variety of assistance to help students when it’s needed most.

We thank our generous donors, grantors, and partners for supporting these initiatives.

Resources

The Knights Corner Food Pantry is open for walk-ins Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon.

Students can also schedule a visit by completing the attached form https://forms.office.com/r/e4iqA5emdF.

The pantry offers canned goods, grab-and-go snacks, and ready-to-eat meals.We’re here to help ensure you have access to nutritious food on and off campus. 

The Knights Corner Food Pantry is located in Building B, room B-135.

The ATC Blessing Box is available to all students, faculty, staff, and community members.

Located on the backside of Building B in the quad, the Blessing Box offers snacks, canned goods, and personal hygiene products to anyone in need.

Please feel free to take what you need or donate if you're able. The Blessing Box is here to support our community!

Donation drop-off locations are available in the Learning Commons (Building C), Enrollment Services Center (Building 100), and Student Activities Center (Building B).

The Student Emergency Fund assists students who may have a short-term financial need that may impact their ability to continue their education.

Students can apply online by clicking HERE. (You must log in to your ATC account to access the application. It is best to use a Google Chrome browser to complete the application.) If students have a problem submitting their application, they may contact Ms. Crystal Edwards at edwardsc3@atc.edu.

A student may be awarded up to $250 in emergency funds, once per academic year. The following needs will be considered for funding:

  • Food

  • Housing

  • Medical

  • Utilities

  • Technology

  • Other needs will be considered as deemed appropriate and necessary to help the student to continue their education at Aiken Technical College

Minimum criteria:

  • Must be currently enrolled in at least six credit hours at ATC

  • Must have at least a 2.0 GPA
