Real Estate
First Year Sales: Pre-License #OPL000001
Take the first step to list, sell, purchase, exchange, lease, or dispose of real estate in the state of South Carolina. To qualify for licensure, you must have a satisfactory credit report, proof of completion of at least 90 hours of approved classroom instruction, and a passing score on the exam. Students completing this course will be eligible to take the state exam but must also complete the Advanced Principles in Real Estate course (30 hours) before being issued a license. Topics include real estate sales, real property law, agency and federal/state laws and regulations, pricing real property, contracts, finance, and math. Must have at least a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
Advanced Principles in Real Estate
Advanced Principles in Real Estate is continued education in advanced real estate principles and practices, which is required to obtain a sales license. The course is a combination of the following five six-hour modules: agency and property disclosure, real estate contracts, ethics and real estate, measurements and valuation, and fair housing. Must have obtained the First Year Sales: Pre-License.

Defensive Driving
If you’ve had points added to your driver’s license due to driving violations you can remove up to 4 points with this course, which can only be taken once every 3 years. (8 hours) (XDR 505)
