Our health care courses and programs are designed to teach you the knowledge and skills you need to secure a position in any number of fast-growing fields in health care. A $40 background check is required for all health programs and must be completed at ATC prior to the class start date. Students must also complete a two-step PPD (TB skin test) and other immunizations as required. Seasonal flu shots may also be required.

Veterinary Assistant

Learn to interact with clients and their animals, assist the veterinarian during examinations, administer medications, and perform other basic animal health care duties. (102 hours includes 30 hours of required off-campus clinical training) (XME 695)
