Maybe you’re a recent high school graduate eager to get an early start on your college career. Or perhaps you’re home from college for a while and want to take a class in while you’re here.
Attending Aiken Technical College as a guest student can be a smart way to make the best use of your time and money.
Guest students are those already accepted or enrolled at another college who want to transfer credits to that school.
As a guest student, you should be advised by your primary college on courses you take with us and how your work at Aiken Technical College will transfer. It’s also up to students to be sure transcripts are sent to their primary colleges once coursework has been completed. View Current Course Listings
Enrollment Steps
Before coming to campus

Apply for admission

Submit your approval form from your home college. If your college has already provided a transient form that they have completed and signed, you can attach it to the application before submitting.

Please make sure your form includes course section numbers to prevent registration delays.

A staff member will register you and contact you by email to ask any questions and/or confirm your registration.
When you’re on campus

Visit the Enrollment Services Center

Set up your MyATC Portal account

Obtain a student ID and parking decal

Pay for tuition

Visit the bookstore for books
After Completing Your Courses
Request that official transcripts be sent to your primary college via Request an Official Transcript.
