Continuing Education: 4 Essential Roles of Leadership Course

Leaders make countless decisions daily and face problems they've never encountered before. So how can leaders stay ahead of the curve and differentiate themselves and their teams when so much is changing so quickly?

In the 4 Essential Roles of Leadership® Course, participants will explore the four roles: inspire trust, create vision, execute strategy, and coach potential.
