Aiken Technical College alumnus Austen Heider balanced school and a full-time job in an ambulance with his academic and clinical duties. He now has the opportunity to travel and provide paramedicine at various locations nationwide and also acts as an adjunct EMT instructor at the college.

Bill Thomas, an Aiken Tech networking student, wants to thank Metallica from the bottom of his heart. For him, Metallica has opened doors for his future. Thomas is in the Associate in Applied Science Computer Technology: Emphasis in Networking program.

Aiken Technical College graduate Lillian Brock has a bright future ahead after earning her Associate in Applied Sciences degree, majoring in accounting, and earning her Veterinary Assistant Technician certification in April 2024.

Deidra Tanks is a City of Augusta, GA employee who enrolled in and completed the CompTIA Network+ course at Aiken Technical College in fall 2023. She enrolled in the course to earn certifications to complement her recently earned bachelor’s degree.
