Aiken Technical College named to 'Best for Vets' colleges list

Aiken Technical College has been named to the 2023 Best for Vets: Colleges rankings by Military Times.

The annual ranking is based on survey data gathered from colleges and universities nationwide and public data from the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Veterans Affairs. The info is then evaluated on the following criteria: admissions, financials, human resources, record keeping, resources, and success metrics.

This year, 325 colleges made the list, including public and private two-year and four-year institutions. Aiken Tech ranked No. 24 in the career and technical education category, No. 49 for colleges in the southeast, and No. 251 overall.
