Continuing Education: Defensive Driving

Being a defensive driver is very important and you never want to reach more than 12 points on your driving record.

When your point total reaches more than 12, your driver’s license will be automatically suspended. The state requires you to surrender your license to the DMV within a certain time period, or you will face hefty fines and possible jail time.

If you’ve had points added to your driver’s license due to driving violations you can remove up to four points with this course, which can only be taken once every three years.

This 8 hour course will be held in room 803 A&B. The cost of the course is $95, and a textbook will need to be purchased for this course.

For more information or to enroll, contact the Enrollment Services Center at (803) 508-7263 or visit the center in the Ashley J. Little Administration Building (100 Building).
